I have been a realtor in Maple Ridge for over 25 years and specialize in mobile home sales. Recently, I had the opportunity to list a home in the Pitt Meadows Park, which traditionally is one of the best locations for Mobiles in the lower mainland. It was an estate sale and the owners were heavy, heavy smokers. You can imagine what 10 years of constant smoke in an 800 square foot area will do to the air quality. The only way I would have been able to sell this place was to discount it dramatically. Thanks to your Medallion brochures in our office I remembered your odour removal service. I had a potential buyer but had to promise her that the smoke smell would be gone or she was going to be gone.
