"For
the past few years a musty, stale smell in Enderby's 95-year-old
City Hall building had been noticed. A recent flood, which
occurred in the Regional Library and Museum on the lower floor
of the same building, had caused the level of this odour to
grow in strength.
It became a real concern, not only for the integrity of the
building but also possible health issues for the employees
and the visiting public. Something had to be done. The services
of Medallion Healthy Homes of Vernon were obtained and owner
operators, Jane and Len Ganz came to the rescue.
Within 24 hours all the stale, musty odours were gone. And
they were able to discover the source of the original problem,
which allowed us to rectify the

"Before moving into
our new (new to us) home, we were concerned about the mouldy,
musty odour. The home is on a crawl space and close to the
lake and it had that
