1. ______Evacuate All People
    No one may be present during the treatment of your home. Remember to notify any potential temporary occupants (maids, housekeepers, caregivers, etc.) of the time, date and duration of our purification work. Special attention should be given to any children living in the house. They must be given an alternate location to go to should they come home early, or should the purification process be scheduled for a time they would normally return home.

  2. ______Remove Pets
    All pets must be removed for the duration of the treatment.

  3. ______Remove Sensitive Plants
    If you have delicate plants, you may want to remove them from the area to be treated.

  4. ______Emergencies
    IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU DO NOT ENTER THE HOUSE FOR ANY REASON DURING THE OZONATION PROCESS!

    Your house will be closed and locked with the Ozone generators are operating and WARNING SIGNS will be posted on the door. In the event of an emergency, contact us immediately at ((604) 619-6655.) Indicate that it is urgent and we will be paged immediately. We will be available to enter your house with our protective equipment to take care of the problem.


  5. ______Completion
    Once the Ozone generators are shut down and removed, it will take approximately ½ hour to 1 hour (depending on the square footage of your home) to purge the air and bring the Ozone concentration down to a safe level. In order to do this, powerful fans are employed to purge the concentrated ozone level. We use an Ozone Sensor to measure the Ozone level in all areas of the home, ensuring re-occupancy safety.

    It is important to know that Ozone has a half-life of 12 hours. In this instance, half-life is defined as residual aroma. That is, a lingering fresh, clean aroma.
  6. ______Special Problem Areas
    Please notify us prior to the scheduled treatment appointment of any special problem areas (i.e. concentrated pet odors, etc.) in order that we are prepared to give them special attention.

  7. ______Bedding
    Should you desire to treat your bedding while the house is being treated, remove all bedding from the mattresses, including the mattress pad or cover. Drape the bedding over chairs, doors, etc. so that the Ozone can penetrate all textiles, in order to kill the dust mites and other microorganisms.

  8. ______Closets
    Open closet doors to their widest point to maximize Ozone circulation within the closet. Separate the hanging clothes as much as possible, to allow for better penetration.

  9. ______Drawers
    Open drawers and cupboards so all areas receive maximum exposure.

  10. ______Foodstuffs
    Make certain that all foodstuffs are properly sealed and stored.

  11. ______Furnace Filters
    For the best results, these should always be changed or at least cleaned.
