(performed by a Certified Mold Inspector following IAQA standards)

I
|
A certified Medallion technician will come to your home or place of work and perform a visual inspection including moisture and humidity checks. We use the latest technology in moisture meters and can determine the moisture level behind a wall without removing the drywall. The technician will also provide you with a wealth of useful information including a questionnaire to help us determine the air quality concerns of the building and provide you with solutions to the air quality problems. After completing the inspection, a full report of findings will be given to the client within 5 days.

II
|
Medallion will not
only perform all the tasks in Phase I but will also
add an Indoor Air Quality Test. This includes a swab
or tape sample complete with lab results. We will identify
what contaminants exist, what species they are and discuss
your options. This test is typically used when mold
can be seen in the building. A full report of Medallions
findings as well as what the surface samples show will
be given to the client within 7 days. |

III
|
Medallion also offers
a Dust Check. We take dust samples from your carpets
and bedding and have it analyzed for allergens and/or
molds. After completing the inspection, a full report
of findings will be given to the client within 7
days. We will then recommend a plan to eliminate
your indoor air quality problems and maintain a healthy
home. |

|
The latest test available is an air sample. This sample is the most accurate look at what you are breathing. Typically used when mold can't be seen and may be hiding. After completing the inspection, a full report of findings will be given to the client within 7 days. We will then recommend a plan to eliminate your indoor air quality problems. |
